So, are you talking about “this person writes and posts shota/lolicon that explicitly fetishizes the massive age difference and power differential between a minor and an adult”? Or are you talking “this artist once drew explicit homestuck art and they’re popular so I want to ruin their life?”
Because guess what, I don’t trust you to be actually on the side of good here. I don’t think of anonymous greyfaces with sad concerned emojis and no identities or context in my inbox as my allies. When I think “who is going to help me with my trauma that still fucks me up today and prevent similar shit from happening to other people,” I sure as fuck don’t think of antis who are digging for dirt to ostracize fanpeople they don’t like. Who, 90% of the time, are victims themselves.

Holy crap! It’s already been six months! Half a year has flown by as I have striven to delve deeper into Homestuck’s symbol language and referential philosophy, attempting to help bring new readings and positive sentiments to the fandom.
For those of you who don’t know me, I’m optimisticDuelist. My goals are simple: I love Homestuck. I think there’s a lot that Homestuck tries to say that is not immediately apparent or easily accessible, and it is my goal to make as much of that information as I can uncover accessible to old and new fans alike.

This youtube series is an in-depth and allegedly entertaining look at Homestuck, designed to make the comic not just understandable but interesting to anyone who watches them!Currently numbering at six videos and counting, each has been a labor of love. I hope you find them as enjoyable to watch as they’ve been enjoyable to put together!

Besides videos, I’ve also put out plenty of readily accessible writing on Homestuck, on all manner of different subjects–mostly focused on poorly understood or often underlooked parts of the comic. Here’s a short list of what I consider my best work:

Jade’s parental unit, as the Pattern Breaking parental unit, has a much larger variety of strange, off putting interests. Dad has FANCIFUL HARLEQUINS, Mom has EXSQUISITE WIZARDS, and Bro has RADICAL PUPPETS. Grandpa has not one, but FOUR such interests, of the same descriptive two word format. They’re all just as dumb though. One reason among several for this was to create an element of uncertainty over what kind of item Jade would prototype with . And by uncertainty, I mean misdirection, which is what I always mean by uncertainty.
Notice the colors of the lights in each room. Orange, pink, and cyan, corresponding with Dirk, Roxy, and Jane. The items have a loose correlation with the other three guardians too. Knights in that Dirk is a skilled swordsman. Roxy’s land is full of pyramids, Jane was grandpa’s long estranged blue lady. You see how the gears are always turning. Not only does everything mean something. It turns out everything means EVERYTHING. Now you know.
Andrew Hussie, Homestuck Book 3 Commentary
My pal @icel just sort of handed me the commentary for book 3, which is rad cause it turns out to confirm I’ve been right in arguing that Grandpa’s home decor reflects the Alphas for months. (Obviously doesn’t prove anything else linked there, though I stand by all of it. Just saying.)
I don’t normally argue based on Word of God cause I don’t like speculating pointlessly on Hussie as a person but hey! This is part of a product made for fans, and also it takes a lot of the legwork out of me getting to say I’m right, so like fuck it 😉
WritScrib is a social media network for creators to come together and build their fanbase. Utilizing the concept of busking, we’re hoping to give new creators a supplementary salary by giving fans the ability to chip-in on individual posts in small amounts.

Separate Feeds
Besides your main feed that shows the posts of the people you’re following, you can have tag feeds for the tags you love to follow and group feeds, all separated by tabs. No need for a side-blog when you can post to separate groups.
Groups
Do you really love Overwatch but only want to see Pharmercy? Do you love the ocean but hate how disorganized the tag is? Create your own group! You can make it public, or choose who to invite to the group. Posts can be tagged to be seen in the public tags, but if it’s posted untagged in a group no one but the group can see it.
Messaging
Message whoever you want, whenever you want in a tab just for them. Don’t want to get random messages? Don’t worry–you can disable it or set it to friends-only.
Level-Up
Buy Chips (or get them through your posts) to level up your account. Get access to more emoticons and a shinier badge. Are you a creator? You can set certain posts to only be visible after someone chips-in.
Earn
Each Chip is worth $0.10 USD. Once you’ve made at least $5 USD, you can withdraw it! Don’t want to link your paypal or bank account? You can spend those Chips on any posts that you want, or hoard them to level-up your account. Under 18? Don’t worry! Save up those Chips and get a windfall when you’re old enough to withdraw.
Open Communication
Got a good idea? Got a gripe? We’ll have a Feedback Group that anyone can join. The posts that are generating a lot of buzz will get taken into consideration and implemented if we’re capable (and if we’re not, we’ll let you know why).
