Is the dub of revolutionary girl utena accurate to the sub im asking this because i just started watching the show and im worried that what if the people who did the dub censored some of the lines/scenes like how sailor Neptune and Uranus where censored into cousins Ps. the opening for the show is phenomenal it had my hair standing up on end absolutely loved it!

i don’t honestly know if it’s majorly inaccurate, but I remember them messing up at least one joke in a way I really didn’t like. I don’t think super highly of it, but in all fairness I don’t think I’ve watched it all the way through, either. Let me know what you think of it if you finish it through the dub–just know I don’t personally vouch for that version

this entire online endeavor on my part is just a long ploy to build enough fandom clout to influence the fandom such that, through whatever combination of fraymotifs are necessary to justify it, furry tf is canonically established as an easily accessible and popular service on Earth C.

this will create a vibrant and canonical demographic of literal furries on the planet, probably leading to the founding of the fifth and final Furry Kingdom. I’m sure we can all agree this is the only point at which Earth C can be declared a true utopia.
