the scenario i had in mind is something along the lines of, ‘after the breakup, jake has one of those out of nowhere realizations one day that he really likes dirk.‘ i’m sorry, super corny, I know DDD: 

(…of course, after this it plays out with a lot of stress and unnecessary(?) angst, because jake’s convinced dirk still hates him, and dirk is convinced that any liking on jake’s part MUST owe to manipulation, haha.)

also, dirk’s skin tones are ganked directly from this sargent self portrait!

My comic for the HS fan zine :’) I’ve started loving homestuck when I was the same age as the kids. Over the years I grew older than them, but now that Homestuck’s over, the kids are once again older than me (oh the irony). I’ve had a great time in the fandom, and I’ve met a lot of good people along the way so, thanks Homestuck.

Hope everyone had a good 4/13! Can’t believe Homestuck’s finally over.
